Same Day Delivery

Delivery Eligibility

We offer same-day delivery in Ontario and Saskatchewan! When selecting your store, input your postal code to ensure you qualify for Spark Rapid Delivery from that location. We do not deliver to businesses so make sure you’re using a residential postal code.

Same day delivery cut off times vary by province and store. The cut off time is displayed at checkout when the Rapid Delivery order method is selected. Orders after these times will be delivered the next day.

Delivery Requirements

When submitting your order, please enter your mobile phone number (no landlines, please). We will text you delivery updates in addition to sending you an email order confirmation and delivery notice.

To protect the safety of our delivery staff, if you live in an apartment or similar complex, your driver will call you to meet them in front of the main entrance. Drivers will not enter any homes or buildings.

All deliveries require that valid photo ID and the payment card be presented, The name on your order must match the ID that is shown.

If you are not home when delivery is first tried we will attempt to contact you to coordinate with you to deliver again. If the second attempt fails a refund for the order will be issued.

Mail Delivery

Our mail delivery order option is currently only available in select provinces at select banners.

All unopened, non-Cannabis products that have been purchased through our mail delivery order option can be returned within 14 days of shipment receipt. Sale or clearance items are considered final sale - unless you have received a product that has been damaged during shipping or deemed defective.

All Cannabis based products are considered final sale.

If you have received a product that you believe is damaged, defective or not of expected quality, please contact our Customer Success Team at 1-833-680-4947 or info@hotboxshop.ca. Please have/include the name on the order, the order number and any photos of the goods in question.

They will assist you in resolving the issue. If they verify your order is eligible for a refund, you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label. Place the label on the package and drop off at any Purolator depot. Once your returned product has been received and verified by our team, we will credit the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

At this time we cannot offer in-store returns for purchases made through the mail delivery service. We are working hard to make this option available to our customers.

Returns/Exchanges

COVID-19 Pandemic Update: Beginning March 19, 2020 we will not be accepting any returns. This is for the safety and well being of our team. Once we have deemed it safe, we will re-institute our return policy. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation at this time.

Returns of unused cannabis, accessories and other merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of purchase in the province of purchase with a valid receipt and all original packaging. Refunds will be issued only in the original form of payment.

If you have received a product that you believe is not of expected quality, please contact our Customer Success Team at 1-833-680-4947 or info@hotboxshop.ca with your order number and name. They will assist you in resolving the issue.

Sale or clearance items are considered final sale - unless you have received a product that has been damaged or deemed defective. Purchase of seeds are final sale. Gift Cards are final sale.
